Fatal and Hospitalized Agricultural Injuries among Children and Youth in Canada includes an analysis of Canadian Agricultural Surveillance Program (CAISP) fatal agricultural injury data for the fourteen calendar years from 1990 to 2003 and hospitalized agricultural injury data for the ten fiscal years from April 1, 1990 to March 31, 2000. The purpose of this report is to describe the magnitude of the agricultural injury problem among children and youth in Canada and to determine age-related patterns of injury.
