Grain Entrapment
In Canada, there is little information on how often grain entrapment occurs. CAIR reports 29 deaths nationwide due to grain suffocation from 1990-2008, but this is likely an understatement. In 2015, 6 fatalities and at least 2 rescue incidents were reported in the media.
